“Reasonable quality product at a good price. Only problem is the spring retaining clips, they just aren't good enough. To fit the lamps the spring clips need to be pushed back just over 90degrees so the lamp can pass through the hole. Unfortunately the clips actually bend and do not return to their normal position to hold the lamp in place against the ceiling. I've had to fix mine from the loft side which I fortunately had access to.”

“The led lights are excellent, as was the service I received from this supplier. One of the ten that I bought failed after 24 hours and I will soon get that replaced. I will also be buying some more to replace the rest of the CFC spotlights.”

“I have ordered lamps/lights from this company before and the service was faultless on both occasions. I do have one issue which is one of the lamps has failed, could somone please contact me and arrange a replacment as soon as please, this will test their response time in resolving the issue. i will update you with my results as soon as they respond.”

“The quality and pricing of the items that I purchased have very appearance of being good. However, when it came to delivery there were significan shortcomings. 2 orders were placed but on each occasion the item was out of stock pending new supplies and no attempt was made to inform me that there would be a delay (quite considerable) before delivery. I had to either phone or keep checking my order status. That is not good service. Added to which I was not impressed when my credit card was debited upon receipt of the order - some 4 weeks BEFORE despatch. The debit should not have been processed until the goods were available. It suggests a company with cash flow problems.”

“Purchased G9 bulbs in cool white to replace 3 halogen lights. Obviously not as bright but the saving in electricity is huge and I suspect an even bigger saving will be achieved in the 20,000 hours lifetime compared with the very limited lifetime of the halogen bulbs!!”

“Though the light was not in stock in my colour the feedback as all ways there. A great product now you need sunglasses when you walk in the bathroom! It makes 12v spot bulbs so yellow on white fittings. I will buy again. Thank you.”

“Excellent customer service and a great product, although I could get a similar product cheaper ( which is the only reason I have not given a Very Good rating ), the advise and speed of delivery overweighed the price margin. I would recommend them and use them again.”

“The bulbs arrived very quickly and were very easy to fit. The light produced by the bulbs is very white as opposed to the standard old bulbs they replaced which had a much yellower softer light. But that is the price to pay for using less energy”

“Lamps were OK but we didn't realise that they were not dimmable. My wife dimmed them on leaving the house and they both failed. When I spoke to the customer service rep there was no goodwill at all. I was prepared to buy 6 to replace all of the lamps in my kitchen but was given no assistance on the failed lamps. For the sake of a bit of goodwill they have lost one customer and I won't recommend them to any of my friends. It's a poor business decision not to give their customer service team some latitude in assisting customers.”

“I did expect a delay because of the time of year, but was surprised to receive the message that the delay was because you were out of stock of the items I ordered! When I did phone, there was surprise, as if my order should have been despatched, and I did then get delivery. I hope it will not happen that way again... Regards Paul Spashett”
