“Light arrived within a week, good product only issue I have is the cable which comes connected already is way too short barely enough to get through a cavity wall.”

“First the good......Quality of the product (six way plate spotlight) was very good and was easy to install. Not so good....the spotlight only came with four LEDs not six. When I rang to report the short shipment I was asked to email a photograph ??? of the delivery to support. Why? Support email me back after the weekend to say they had forwarded my email to their returns department! Three days later I rang again to ask what was taking so long, as no one had contacted me. I was assured that the LEDs would be shipped straight away that day. The same day I received the outstanding LEDs. Obviously they had been sent three days earlier but no one had bothered to let me know. A simple email acknowledging dispatch of the items would have been all I needed to keep me happy. However I would be happy to deal with the company again as the telephone staff have been helpful and everything came out right in the end. Anon”

“Hi Nice product, good service and help on the phone. A bit irritating that the price for abroad shipping cost, came in an email 2-3 days after the order was placed and paid for...I would like to see the cost of shipping before I pay my order. “Had one led tube go faulty after about 3 days .Quickly sorted by Dee Dooky ,who sent a new tube next day. Very pleased with these tubes;no buzzing noise,instant start up and cheap to run.”

“Lights look smart, but I am (yet again!) underwhelmed by the use of G10 bulbs. They always seem difficult to fit and I broke yet another one when trying to insert them in to these lights. Why can they not use a simple screw fitting? If anyone has ant ‘top tips’ for fitting these bulbs, please pass them on to me!!”

“The actual light is excellent. Very easy to install, very streamlined. However, 3 inches of power connector flex is simply ridiculous. This means a terminal connector has to be fitted very near the light. 60cm would be appropriate.”

“Small area on one lamp holder had paint/enamel imperfection, only noticeable if you looked for it, otherwise all was well. Price was competitive, packaging and delivery all good. Concerns that light would not be sufficiently bright were proven unwarranted.”
