“Technical staff (Chris) was very helpful and advised me re the best way of setting up my LED lights and the lights were made to my exact measurements and look fantastic in our new kitchen. Would definitely recommend Wled in the future.”

“the product is superb. value for money but what I am not impressed with was the huge in delay in delivery inspite of paying for the 48 hours delivery. However, I emailed to ask for a refund because as promised it was not delivered by 48 hours and that was not acceptable that the money was taken but not delivered. Also I had to send a few emails to track where my stuff was. This needs to improve and needs to be more efficient.”

“I rang to place an order because i wasn't sure what i would need for the job and the customer service was brilliant. It all arrived very quickly and when i had a slight issue with on of the connectors, i ran up and they sent out a replacement the next day, no fuss. very impressed and the lights very easy to install and look great.”
