“I found this firm with a simple Google search. The web site was quite clear and had all the information I needed. I raised a query after reading a review that mentioned the possibility of radio interference with VHF radios; this was answered quickly and courteously on the phone. (The bulbs currently do not cause interference - I've just plugged in 5 LED reflector lamps without any problem.) Ordered on a Friday, delivered, safe and sound on the following Monday. The lights are fine and I have reduced the power consumption in the kitchen from 300w to 35w!”

“These are a bit weird looking but work perfectly well. They don't dim very far though, so if you want a really low light they won't do that. Otherwise quite happy”

“Using LED lighting is a new venture for me so it was good to access such a clear website that helped me decide what I required. Ordering was simple and the ability to use PayPal raised my confidence in your service. Everything arrived promptly and was exactly as ordered. Being a novice I hadn't considered how I was going to connect the output from the power adaptor to the twin wires on the LED strips - so a quick email setting out my problem brought the answer overnight from Thom O'Brien and included a link to the relevant connector that I required - excellent service nby any standard. “Delivery was quick--no issues. There is no instruction book--i.e. how to set up sensor etc.? How to override sensor to switch light on? There are no wall fixings--- rawl bolts or similar? Am awaiting improvement in weather to install the lights so cannot comment on actual illumination.”
