“Ordered on a Saturday, bulbs were with me by Wednesday, standard delivery all as expected. Bulbs are exactly what I wanted, nice bright led spotlight.”

“Excellent service, bulbs arrived this morning as promised. 3W G9 LED bulbs are excellent , durable, good colour temperature, good fit in G9 holders ( not all fit well) and I will be ordering more.”

“I bought this lamp to replace halogen laps fitted to cabinet down lighters in my bathroom. This was my attempt to "go green" the trouble was that they were too big and would not fit. So the money was wasted. If you are thinking of buying any sort of replacement lamp that is not a direct replacement then try to fit one first before you buy. Mind you I don't know where you could get one to try it in the first place. BEWARE!”

Hi, you are able to buy one bulb to try if needed. On the site we do try and give full specs that do give you the size of the bulbs. We also offer a 28 day exchange or refund. Please do get intouch and we can help resolve this and get you some more bulbs out that will fit. Tell 0116 321 4120

“Well, I had high hopes for this bulb but it turned out to be an inappropriate purchase for my room. I was using 2 x3 bulbs in two different top light fittings in two parts of the same room. Sadly the lumens are not sufficient and the room now looks very gloomy and sad (bit like a comedy goth house). The light is very nice and soft (much nicer than with other LED type bulbs), but it is just too low. I am going to have to replace the set. I am sure if I had looked at all the details I could probably have worked this out, but I just never considered that 6 dimmable bulbs would be insufficient to the task when up full.”

“The shop + delivery were excellent. I am a bit disappointed with the power of the bulbs, but maybe that is just me. They don't feel like 70-80 watts of the old incandescent. I had been freaked out about videos online showing the massive dangers in illegitimate bulbs, but these bulbs look clearly OK. So the fear of electrocution were put to rest by the helpful employees. Certainly, LEDs are the way forward....I look forward to the brighter LEDs becoming cheaper”

“There was no problems ordering the goods and they were delivered on the day promised Since then I have tried on numerous occasions by both e- mail and telephone for you to send me a wiring diagram as nothing came with the goods yesterday I was promised some thing would be sent to me by e - mail still waiting very frustrating”

“Being new to LED ribbon lighting, I was somewhat confused by the website and it was not totally clear to me how to match the power unit to the ribbon strip, what components were required and how it all fitted together. A quick phone call sorted it all out in a helpful and friendly way and the items were received in good order a couple of days later. I'll certainly purchase from this vendor again.”

“My initial phone contact was dealt with in a friendly efficient manner. I am by no means electrical savvy and the person I spoke to was able to explain what I needed. The first order arrived very promptly. One of the units appeared to be defective and was replaced after a phone call with no quibble. I would recommend this company.”
