“I've included two pictures of how I was struggling with reading a music score above my keyboard in the daylight and how easy it was after installing your led strips, the service I received from Jess Hancock was impeccable and the young lady who dealt with my order was absolutely perfect, kind, understanding courteous and full of knowledge about what my needs may be instead of what I'd put up with for a long time. Made a suggestion which I acted upon and now I'm very happy indeed with her recommendations and my purchase using her advice. With the treatment I received from her means I will be recommending your company to all my friends and will myself be trading with you again. Thank you”

“AS previously explained on what I assume was another web site the quality of lights are far from what was expected. There is a piece of flex hanging out of the back of the light which might be OK for an internal light but is next to useless for an external light. There should be a water tight connection box on the light, which there isn't I have had to travel close to 50 miles (return trip) to purchase metal conduit boxes and cable glands in order to make a safe watertight external connection. As of yet I haven't fitted any of the lights but will do so within the next couple of days. Would I recommend this product well the answer is no as upon receipt it was not fit for the purpose it was purchased. I have fitted many external lights and they have always been manufactured with a waterproof connection box.”

“Rang first for some clarification on the lights I was ordering,,was dealt with quickly and given helpful advice. Once I had placed my order was given an approx delivery date. When order arrived it was minus one light bulb so I rang up and once order checked with them was told missing light bulb would be sent asap, bulb arrived in post within 3 days. Have since had lights installed by an electrician without any problems. Fittings look good and light from LEDs are excellent. Have gone from 160 watts usage down to 40 watts so hopefully will save some money. Would recommend this firm to my friends.”
