I was advised (after I placed a large order) that my sink unit was out of stock, I was given a date of end of November, travelled to collect it to be told it was now 14th December. Again - travelled to collect and was then told it would be 10th January - still no official phone call to say if this has arrived or not. I now need to pay a plumber to return to fit this not to mention the inconvenience of not having a sink in the bathroom. Not happy.

Was not happy at all waited 3 months for bath panel thing wrong size and customer service no help at all

I am not a plumber. I ordered bathroom suite it included an L shaped bath, a shower, screen, vanity unit, sink etc… also a toilet and pedestal stool sink for a cloakroom. The sales representative didn’t tell me fitting kits were not included, the bath end panel was not included either. This should in my opinion been highlighted at the time of sale as I specifically asked for everything I needed. This inconvenienced me as there is at least a 5 day lead time on deliveries. So I needed to pick up at the depot. The original delivery was in 2 parts. There was no pre warning as requested. 1 part came the next day although I was advised 5 days minimum. The driver wouldn’t come up the drive and the pallets were dropped at the gate 1/2km away from the cottage both times. Regularly larger vehicles access the property. The driver is incompetent. Beware… The actual stuffs quality was ok for a rental property. But cheap Chinese merchandise in reality.

The elderly lady who took my order was very rude and appeared to have very poor IT skills. As my order was not in stock I was told to collect on a stated date. When I arrived at the collection point on the stated date the order was still not available and I was informed by the warehouse assistant that someone should have called me to make me aware that my order was still not available and provide me with a new collection date. I have still not collected my order and have now been told to call the warehouse on a new date.

Products are sadly cheap and plasticky according to our builders Vanity units in oak are very cheap looking Inside cisterns and shower waste are cheap plastick too We are quite disappointed sorry

The delivery was later than promised. Most of the panels trims and even the adhesives were damaged in transit. When I Complained, they sent me 6 wall panels which were no good to me 4 weeks after placing my order. I won't be using them again.

when I ordered my bathroom and tiles the purchase seemed quite simple, I was assured my bathroom would be delivered to me in under six weeks as I told the salesman the date I arranged with the bathroom fitting company, when the company did not contact me closer to the delivery date to confirm the delivery I contacted them, they told me casually that part of the bathroom suite was unavailable, at this stage I had booked the bathroom fitters six weeks in advance and was going to have the fitting postponed for another six weeks, I was appalled that nobody at wholesale domestic thought it important enough to inform me of this, I did eventually get the situation sorted but it turned into a couple of days of chaos and made what I hoped to be a normal transaction into complicated and unpleasant experience.

We ordered a bath to be delivered. The delivery was not tracked and was attempted when none was on site. It was redilivered another day and accepted by a neighbour. On unpacking, after storage for a while it was found to be damaged where the banding had cut into it. This was too late to register a complaint with the company. The staff at Wholesale Domestic were very pleasant but unable to provide much information about the delivery. Recommend unpacking items immediately on receipt. Recommend a better courier service with delivery tracking.

The product is 1st class the service rubbish, 6 weeks awaiting delivery, out of 3 orders 2 got lost. Can't recommend them

After opening up some packages two corners were broken on two wall panels I know the panels are not cheap and I don’t require replacements but it would be nice to be compensated for one panel.

Bought a wall hung toilet , they gave me the wrong seat , phoned up and was told they would send the correct toilet seat out. Still waiting. That was June 2021

Quality was of goods were ok eventually, delivery was a nightmare, they don't tell you till after you pay (it's very small print on invoice) that your full bathroom suite is delivered on a 7ft pallet and left at tenement door, I stay 3 floors up with a disabled husband good job builders were on hand. Plus you are left to dispose off pallet. I was back at store twice with faulty goods, no compensation. Customer services are not the best .
