Customer service was very lacking brought items in October took to January many emails and telephone calls to get things rectified wouldn't recommend and wouldn't buy from this company again, must say I am very surprised you are asking for a review

2 sales persons ordered the wrong item even though I showed them it in the showroom so when the wrong thing arrived they claimed not to know about this.

Prices are OK and stock availability is OK but the quality and condition of products is pretty poor. Just about every othe Vanity unit is damaged and shower trays are always damaged either chipped or cracked. As a Bathroom installer it's very frustrating when goods are unpackaged and are constantly damaged. Trying to return or get products replaced from Wholesale Domestic to be blunt is a joke. I install products from Laufen and Handsgrohe and the difference in quality and even getting things returned is night and day Compared to Wholesale Domestic.

Popped in early Tuesday afternoon. No-one offered help. Went to the desk and was told theres no-one to help and theres 3 people in front of me waiting to be served 1st. Pretty bad so I phoned the place where you pick up the items from and told them my problem and asked them if i brought the item numbers can i buy it this way and was told yes. Drove to the pick up point to purchase the items and was left standing for 15 minutes with no-one willing to help so I left. Really bad service and have always used them but might be going elsewhere from now on.

Having spend well over £4000 as a non-trade customer over August/September I was extremely disappointed when Wholesale Domestic refused to refund me 3 x packets of large floor tiles which were unopened and unused in my bathroom rebuild. Costing me no less than £300. Nowhere in the purchase process/item description is this mentioned and as usual only buried in the very very small print of their terms and conditions. I have another bathroom to start soon and will not be purchasing the required materials from Wholesale Domestic. Purchasing from them had been a good experience before this. Michelle Pugsley

Beautiful display in showroom.After installed different story. Products are not worth the money after a few weeks both my units warped even though no condestation or water where its warped at.Very dissapointed.Recieved one replacement unit after arguing with company,but two was damaged . Won't shop here again.

After ordering my units I decided to swap a tall boy for a mirrored cabinet. Measured the space to 1m and single units were either 600/800 so decided to go for 2x500 for fill the gap. After 3 attempts and staff ensuring me they were the 500 units and me and the installer measuring them numerous times I saw they only measured 460. Why I ask is it advertised as a 500 unit when it’s clearly 40mm shy?? Obviously on further in depth reading we noticed the description said it measured 460… my question why call it a 500 unit when it should be called a 460 unit?? All other units measure 3mm difference with their advertised size. I gave up and went to IKEA!! And now have a lovely unit that fits perfectly

Products generally good but delivery of products shocking. Most items come separately and waiting ages. Some items damaged so needed replacing and some I had to chase as not received. It’s taken weeks to get it all to be able to start the project. So if there was a choice I would say products very good, delivery time poor but when replacing faulty/ damaged items very good.

Watch out when buying tiles from them. We thought we’d ordered gloss tiles for both our wall and floor and when we realised a mistake had been made whilst ordering in store. They would not change the order from Matt tiles to gloss tiles, claiming they do not accept the return of tiles - despite this being noticed only two days after delivery and the tiles being boxed and unopened.

We are unable to accept returns on tiles due to differing batch numbers meaning that accepting these back means we may be left with a batch of tiles that we would be unable to sell or match with other packs. Not sure if it was delivery or sent like this. But I ordered 5 sheets of wet wall and when we went to fit our bathroom everyone single one was cracked and broken at the bottom, the tongue and groove bit of them were snapped all the way along! Wasnt happy! But the joiner made them work!

Whilst the goods were well packed I would suggest you change your courier as I assume the product is carefully inspected before dispatch! Damage would seem to be caused by product being dropped. Courier does not seem to work over Easter! david

Whilst you try to rectify problems you do not seem able to do so. We ordered 3 wallboards and although you have replaced faulty ovens out of 9 sheets we still only have one perfect sheet! I have emailed customer services but have had no reply. We are having to ‘cobble’ what we can put of the faulty sheets to do the job this Easter as planned.

Found the sink, toilet and taps that we liked. A member of staff (Jennifer Cowan) was walking towards us and we asked if she could help us. We pointed to the items that we were interested in and asked what extras we would require, as in parts etc. she replied, “uve already picked it so how can I help” this was said in the most arrogant unhelpful tone. And the expression on her face showed the exact same. She walked off without saying a word, so we guessed we should follow. We got to the cash desk, where she proceeded to ask for information in the same exasperated unhelpful manner. Then nothing. She continued whatever she was doing then announced “ you can’t have those taps they are out of stock”. She didn’t advise of a date when they would be in or have any other suggestions. Her manner was extremely rude. We had to ask the questions ourselves. I asked about similar taps, and without saying a word, she again wandered off. So we followed. She pointed out different taps and said “ that’s all there is” and wandered off again. We went back to pay for the goods , where we asked if we picked something different would they fit the sink. The look I got from her !! By this stage I really was not impressed with her attitude which made me even more unhappy with the taps. I said this to my husband and she quickly jumped in, “ you can always change them.”. We couldn’t wait to leave the store. We went to another designated area to pick up the items and found the guy extremely helpful, pleasant and very informative. He should be the person in the main store selling g your goods not Ms Cowan

Really disappointed with the whole experience very helpful on phone but total opposite in store after ending up only buying bathroom accessories from you having to go to a different store to again Que was something I doubt I’ll do again

The queuing when going from the store to the collection depot is something that has been mentioned previously so this week we have added a few system upgrades to make things easier in that regard. I have had various orders from W/D over the last few years , mostly its take your cash promise you the earth , then excuses excuses , then an out of stock item that was promised in 3 days takes up to 8 weeks , I am trying to run a business and my customers will not use me again if my supplier continuously lets me down , I thought it might have been a one off , but its happened with my last 3 orders , an out of stock basin which was meant to be delivered in a week ended up taking 3 , then I was asked if i could just "pop in for it " IN ABERDEEN !!! 120 miles from here !! , I have spoken to Sean MaCarthy who did apologise but then it went bad again !! ,No compensation or discount have been offered in these cases and I have had to take the flak from my customers who rely on me to get the job done , but with the poor service from W/D i'm at a loss, Your telephone lines are never answered no matter what time of the day I call . , I will be putting in another order tomorrow (31st Jan) , lets see how this one works out ! .

The products were of good quality. My issue was with riser kits as they did not fit or work on the quality shower base. The horizontal radiators fittings also did not work with the radiators. Causing me extreme cost and stress getting a resolution. The staff were helpful
