“Poor communication skills! I phoned to stop my monthly service account with them ! They couldn’t deal with it then , & I was told I’d get a return phone call ! That was almost a week ago & nothing! I emailed Katie yesterday - had a missed phone call today when driving . I’ve stopped my DD forAugust. Been with them 2 years - had 1 boiler service where they wanted extra £62 to look at my filter - refused to pay more as that has always been part of the “services” when I’ve had other companies doing it! So no service to filter. When I phoned for a service to boiler last year zi was told someone would phone back - I had to phone again & eventually did get a call back with a date to service my boiler but it took about 3 weeks wait.. There doesn’t appear to be a number you can call at weekends & get an answer from. Very disappointed with this company!”

“I've had several issues with this company's service. I had a lot of trouble getting them to respond to my requests for maintenance, as part of my subscription. It eventually took several months and having to get back to them numerous times before my boiler was eventually serviced. Their website is generally confusing to use, and it actually went down for a short while and there was no way to get back to them. Not great for a company whose business is to help people when they have an emergency.”
