You placed your order on Aug 3 in the evening. We shipped your order within less than 24 hours on Aug 4th. Your order included the free shipping USPS option, which was delivered to you on Aug 10th.
We never heard from you, email or request for any customer support.
On Aug 15th, without ever asking for assistance or customer support, you post a 1 star review claiming we have poor customer service.
While I would love the ability to read minds, sadly that is a customer service ability I do not posses. If you dont ask for help, we cannot help you.
For those that ask for help, we bend over backwards to respond quickly and solve issues is a positive, kind manner.
