I have wicked Grips on four or five of my 1911s. I love them all. Everyone of the grips on your web site are so beautiful, I find myself going back and looking at them although I'm not ready to purchase again. Wicked Grips is addictive. Beware folks,,,once you get started, you're hocked,,,but in a satisfying way. I'm in the process of aquiring another 1911,,, and intending to get the the Raven grips for it from Wicked Grips.

Owner responded quickly when USPS delayed the delivery. That kind of attention will go a long way to ensure success of the company. Still $65 for 4 screws is overpriced

Thanks for the feedback. Sadly we didn't earn a 5 star due to you thinking our products are overpriced. Let me take a minute to walk you through what you received and the work that went into them. The screws were $62.. not $65. And for $62, you got a set of screws made no where else on the planet, with over 2 hours of hand labor to create each set. Skilled American labor. Machinists.. QC staff.. and artisans doing the hand work. No.. if anything we are selling too cheaply, as our costs have skyrocketed while we kept the retail price the same for years now. We should have raised prices.. but refused. The cost to make a custom screw that only fits one gun model is vastly expensive. This screw fits nothing else, and has no other use in any industry. The Swiss screw machine to make them runs into 6 figures in cost, and set up can take a day or two to dial in, make test batches, then run production in expensive stainless steel. Then QC each screw... hand polish each screw.. hand set an expensive gemstone into every single screw... and that labor is not accounting if there is a secondary finish like a PVD coat. These are not hardware screws.. made in the millions in china out of inexpensive material.. never touched by human hands. Then, after all that hand work by skill American labor, we ship them for free.. absorbing the $9-$12 in shipping costs, boxes, packaging, tool bit (which costs over a dollar to produce alone, on another expensive machine, in titanium which is not cheap...). On top of that, we don't charge sales tax to non Michigan residents. So right off the top, you received free shipping and no sales tax, a discount on your order of over 20%. So our price.. for such a unique, hand worked product made in the USA.. is a huge bargain. If you are trying to compare our work, and prices, to cheaper amazon screws sold for a few dollars, there is no comparison. I hope you enjoy them. Ed Wicked Grips

These custom Blue Opal dot grip screws are a terrific option, and I love the uniquely custom look to them, they are entire world's apart from most other, far more mundane looking, grip screws, especially in wood, which really makes them pop. And they're available in several colour options. Glad Wicked Grips had them, in their uniqueness, and makes them available to everyone, even shipping them to the back-woods of way 'Down Under' for me! Kudos to them & very much appreciated. EDIT: I've tried to upload the pics of them in the STARS grips, and in their box with their mini screwdriver bit tool. But the pics don't seem to be up showing up here, after being browsed & selected...(If they did, it wasn't see-able on my end, within the review), and you'll have gotten multiple copies from each attempt. Sorry. You may need to work on the pics transfer part. I got no indications of any transfers across, (from either my phone's gallery or camera roll) despite the two icons jiggling a little, which gave me false hope they were just loading...(But even after leaving them for about 10 mins, incase it was a slow internet thing) the pics themselves showed no evidence here, (within the drag/browse boxes provided) of them actually transfering across, to appear as part of this review. They just kept looking empty. So either my 3 nice pics didn't come with this review for some reason, or you've just gotten about a hundred copies of those 3 pics, from my various & increasingly annoyed attemts to happily send them. Tried both the drag/browse dropboxes. Neither seemed to work.

Wicked Grips must teleport packages. Showed up ridiculously fast — and the comp? Flat shooting and mean looking. No complaints.

The icing on the cake for my blue gothic grips. The gems are a little lighter than I anticipated but still looks really good.

By far the best, most unique and beautiful grip I’ve ever put on my gun. Well worth the price tag. I’ve never had more compliments on a 1911 after putting these on and training with my coworkers.

Hello... thanks for the feedback, Your complaint to us was that you slipped with your screwdriver and scratched your gun and are upset. While we understand that can be frustrating, we cannot possibly be responsible for that. We make a very high quality part, and we make a very high quality install bit, but we cannot possibly control the installation by the end user. There is never a reason to use enough force to turn these screws that would have a tool slip hard and scratch a firearm. The screws can be installed with light finger pressure. We test every screw set in actual guns with these same bits, daily, before they go into stock and no one slips and scratches the screws or frames with proper care.

The grips look great and will complement the finish on my Deadpool model. I have only one problem. The frame of my model has a slightly thicker frame where the front left lower tab fits over the frame. Once that is corrected the grip will look great on my Desert Eagle.

Hello.. thanks for posting. Sadly while we can control the quality and tolerances of our grips, we cannot control the firearm manufacturers tolerances. On some small amount of DE frames, they milled their castings about .020 thicker than normal on the left side, making that window a tighter fit. Its a simple install fix to overcome if you contact us we can walk you thru it. Thanks
