“Following a cancellation of my return sailing on Sunday 29 July I tried to call the contact number in the e-mail sent to me notifying me of the cancellation. I had an elderly passenger with me and simply accepting the later sailing on which I had been re-booked was not acceptable. Despite numerous attempts the phone was never answered. Hopeless.”

“Wightlink should tell people when leaving their cars, about safety issues such as muster points but also about locking their cars with the key and not setting their alarms, as the whole journey over, and for other sea users, the noise of car alarms going off, due to the vibration, is noise pollution on a vast scale. Otherwise, they were good.”
