“Caught up in traffic whilst travelling down the Portsmouth had to contact Wightlink regarding booking has we would not make the sailing. The lady we spoke to (wish I'd taken her name) went above and beyond in helping us 10/10 to that lady and thank you Wightlink”

“A very pleasurable experience, very straightforward and easy to get onboard the ferry. Wight Link seem to be very well organised. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to delay our departure until the next day which happened to be cheaper. A refund of the amount was very quickly forthcoming. We arrived at the ferry terminal early and instead of having to wait for the next ferry as per our ticket they put us straight onto the waiting earlier one. Definitely five stars.”

“We have never had a bad experience with whitelink. Although we do feel that the prices of the ferry are a bit steep for everyone's pocket. Most expensive ferry ride you will ever go on for the length of your journey.”
