“Hat arrived larger than advertised. Looked into replacing it with a smaller size and found that ALL of these hats were sold out regardless of size. Returning for a different hat costs more. Won’t shop here again.”

“We were very happy with our first purchase that I purchased a second hat. Unfortunately the second hat was packaged in a box too small and brim lost its shape. Will have to return. Contacted the Amy and Kate email to no response.”
