Horrible shipping. USPS says in transit but they do not know where after a 3 day up to date tracking. Messages the company due to no one evers answers the phone. They said nothing they could do. Except I can order 2 new hats and change my shipping status. Seriously? What customer service. So the company says it's in transit. Ok so in my eyes they do not know where it is, USPS does not know where it is but they say it's not lost. Sure sounds list to me. Will not recommend or do business with this company ever again!!!

I bought 2 charlie horse hats and one of them was in very poor shape and quality. I sent email immediatlely but I was expected to send back at my own expense and await a refund. I believe the company should of asked for pics and sent return label paid for shipping. I was never even asked if I wanted a replacement in liu of refund. AWFUL service!

Ordered my hat and I still don't have it a month later. Purchased for two events and I didn't have my product for either one. I reached out to Willow Hat twice and never received any response from them.

No update on the status of my hat still. Called and didn’t get anywhere with 1st or second customer representative. Just left a a voicemail with a third customer representative.

The hat - if you can call it that - was a stiff piece of unwearable, uncomfortable plasticky thing. Wanted to return it and then realized that, because it was on sale (even though it was not a clearance item), it is not returnable. Wish that was made clear. The invoice says “sale” items are not returnable, but the website says “clearance” items are not returnable. Probably intentionally misleading.

:( very very poor description of the hat & the sizing is off to the small side as well. The hat looks great if I was shooting a CMT music video but is terrible for real use as lacquered so thick it feels plastic and breathabilty is 0-10. Try that riding in a Vegas Summer. Great I guess for going to the club or hanging out at the pool but riding a solid 0. Would not recco and will return

Terrible experience with the owner named Amy today. Cheap hats do not waste your time and money. The photos are far better quality than the products. You’ll probably get a phone call if you leave a poor review with pathetic attempts at customer service. Do not bother asking for a return label for exchange or refunds. They use the reviews coming down off of the website as leverage to change the reality of what they do to their customers.

The hat was too small & did not measure like website said? There was a card in package that said too small in handwriting!! The return policy was also hassle. I will not order from this co again!!!
