“I can’t give full stars as for the size of hat ran bigger then the size given. But will order new one just smaller that isn’t my normal size.”

“Return charges should be free, the second order was not good; the black hat was crooked so I need to take it to be fixed because I would need to pay return again!”

“Bought a hat. Paid $12 for shipping. Was too small even though I measured my head. Has to pay our of my own pocket to ship it back. Didn’t get any shipping refund for either. Hat I couldn’t wear cost me $30.”

“The hat came very quickly and on time! It was in good quality. I found out it was a little small. I decided not to return it when I found out I had to pay for return shipping which was about $15.”
