“I reluctantly joined WineFriend sometime ago to keep a friend happy - she was a member and said I would enjoy it! After receiving my first box or two I was a convert! I look forward to our monthly delivery, tasting new and different wines. The team at WineFriend provide great customer service. I am now that person that urges my friends to join :)”

“My partner came across WineFriend and subscribed for me as a birthday present that ‘kept on giving’. I’ve been a member now for over 3 years and every month I eagerly wait my new delivery! Every single wine I get is fantastic. I especially love Yvonne’s descriptions on the neck tags which teaches you about the wine... it’s like a cellar door experience with each bottle! My wine knowledge has expanded since joining WineFriend and I most certainly wouldn’t ever be without it! Highly rated and enjoyed! I also must say the few times I’ve interacted over the phone I’ve dealt with truly delightful staff who have provided an outstanding customer experience! Join WineFriend... you will not be disappointed!”

“I’ve loved WineFriend since I discovered them a couple of years ago seeing a box next to a colleagues desk. I was at the point that I was fed up with having to go to the supermarket for that evenings bottle of wine and undoubtably picking something because the label looked nice. I love the fact that it’s an exciting delivery each month seeing what I’ve been sent and I love the descriptions of the wine and suggested food pairing so when I go to the wine rack I can pick something that suits what we’re eating. Fab service, great customer service.”

“I very much enjoy my subscription to WineFriend - 1) it's very convenient & it allows me to have a regular top up of wine without me forgetting to pick some up at the store 2) I really enjoy tasting other brands and types of wine that I would otherwise not have chosen. I especially enjoy the Wild cards, usually they are the wines that I most enjoy and never would have chosen myself. 3) I like the loyalty gifts to give to your customers, so many companies focus on giving 'gifts' or deals to bring in new customers, I appreciate that WineFriend values loyalty. And in doing so I end up recommending you more!”

“We have been WineFriend subscribers for a few years now and it is truly a wonderful friendship. No more standing alone in the supermarket trying to choose a wine based on an uneducated combination of pretty labels, shiny gold stickers and price. It is exactly like the name says, a friend who knows LOTS about wines and provides you with a dreamy selection to try, hilarious tasting notes and every so often little surprises like upgrades and refer a friend gifts. We love our WineFriend.”

“Absolutely love receiving my Winebox delivery every second month. It’s an easy way to get hold of a range of great wines from smaller niche producers. I’ve been really impressed with the quality of the wines in my box and love that the selection includes NZ wines as well as wines from around the world.”

“I have been a customer for a few years now and while I sometimes reduce the frequency of delivery I still keep coming back. I think it’s great value for money as you get to taste all these different wines that you’d never pick off a supermarket shelf. Thanks so much guys!”

“Winefriend is nothing like your 'average' wine club (you know the ones...the ones that try to flog you wine that doesn't sell in the supermarket at unbelievably high prices!). Winefriend has NEVER disappointed with their personalised (yep, that's right, personalised) selection for me...the wine they send is unbelievably good and I just love getting my wildcard (in fact my wildcard this week was something I thought I wouldn't like but it was so delicious I have already ordered a 'customised case' of it!). But for me the absolute best thing is the customer service. In a time where truly great customer service is so rare, the fabulous ladies at Winefriend deliver it in spades. My monthly subscription is worth every last cent and more besides.”

“I follow Makaia Carr on FB and watched her live interview with Yvonne and signed up straight away. Over the past 2 years I’ve loved Winefriend for monthly and bimonthly deliveries, changing my order frequently and sending gifts to friends. The standout for me was a case Kim put together for me as a gift, choosing New Zealand whites with beautiful labels. This was a gift for friends in the USA who were hosting us and they still talk about it. Debbie, Kim and Yvonne are fabulous at what they do. Highly recommend Winefriend.”
