“Once we did the questionnaire and started receiving custom selected wines we were surprised and delighted that the boxes of wine have fit so well with our wine and food habits. We used to stock up on wines we wouldn't end up drinking, but now there's always something to match our food, something we look forward to enjoying and something we haven't tried before.”

“When you are looking for a wine, that does not disappoint, but pushes you out of the comfort zone of the mundane wine selection at the supermarket, Winefriend is the answer. From Argentinian Reds, a German riesling, or a south Otago Pinot, a surprise delivered to your door as often as you wish and within a price range to suit. I have not been disappointed with the selection tailored to my taste buds.”

“If you're like me, someone who loves wine but doesn’t have the time or skills to dedicate to this passion, Wine Friend is going to be your new BFF! It’s like having a sommelier in your pocket, minus the awkwardness of explaining why the odd shaped bulge! They're not just flogging random bottles from their warehouse; they're serving up a personal service that'll make you feel like the VIP of the vineyard. Tell them a little about yourself upfront and then each recommendation feels like it's been handpicked by your best mate - if your best mate was a wine genius, that is. They get your taste so spot on, you'll start wondering if they've been secretly wine-whispering to your taste buds. And let's talk about the top-notch quality of their wines; these bottles are like the Avengers of the wine world, each one a superhero in its own right. In fact, each bottle wears a little hero’s cape which features amusing and informative tasting notes, plus a QR code that directs you to your own personalised digital wine cellar. Since I buddied up with Wine Friend I no-longer waste time in the booze aisle of the supermarket and have reallocated that precious time to extending my death scroll on social media and searching through yet more movies on Netflix that sound great, but then I realise ten minutes in, that I’ve already seen! Finally, they are fast responding, genuinely customer-focused people. I’ve sent them some random requests and each time they’ve wowed me with their service. Trust me, you’ll love them too.”

“I joined because a friend recommended me, coupled with a promotion WineFriend we’re having at the time, and have been using them ever since 2-3 years now). I love the choices made on my behalf, the customer service is the best you’ll get! Friendly, knowledgeable and kind good folk! Highly recommend to anyone who has a busy life, wants to try different wines each month and have people choosing who know what they are doing.”

“Nothing beats the personal service I get from WineFriend. Mention that you've liked a Malbec and you'll get a note asking if you always want one in your box when there is one available. Your Rose friend moves away and it's super easy to swap that out for a sparkling instead. Want flash wines one time and the Easy Everydays the next - someone personally makes it happen and then checks in to make sure you got what you wanted. Oh and the wine, always delicious. I'm a customer for life.”

“It takes the hassle out of choosing wine. I have to make some many decisions in other parts of my life and I love someone doing this for me. It’s like Xmas when the box arrives. And when I open it, I’m never disappointed. I also have a fully stock wine cellar!!”

“I was put on to wine friend by a friend of mine who said it was amazing, I can confirm this is entirely true. I absolutely LOVE subscription service. I always get really nice wines and every-time I need to contact customer services for anything they reply really fast and always go above and beyond to be helpful. I will be sticking with them for a long time.”
