“We have dealt with young Sam at Winesale for about 5 years. We enjoy the regular emails but also the friendly phone calls. It's amazing how she seems to know when our wine cellar is getting low, and she usually has lot's of special tempting good deals. We are on Rural Delivery, so there is a time delay as the Courier 'passes the parcel' over. Sometimes the order gets split up, and it's reassuring that Sam is just a phone call away and we know that she will track it down for us. Great service and highly recommend. Thank you!”

“I have been purchasing wine from Winesale for several years and quickly built up an understanding of the wines I prefer with the sales team. Recently a sales team member left that employ but I was introduced to another sales person and all my preferences were handed on so I didn't have to start again. That is excellent service. I, like many enjoy good quality wine but at Winesale that quality is most certainly affordable and along with the personal service I have always been very impressed. If you aren't a customer already try Winesale, you will love the experience. Cheers.”

“Excellent service. While I dont buy alot of products online, when I do I appreciate being kept informed of the dates of delivery. This company was outstanding in this area - even to advising it was due delivery that day - AND notification that it had been delivered. Excellent customer service !! And the wine was very good also.
