“Ordered 2 cases,one received, other apparently damaged in transit so replacement promptly sent. Excellent response, however, 5 days later that has still not arrived. Okay, I do get that it is (has been) Christmas, but having had issues with your courier and other deliveries, I consider them to give a pretty poor service & believe you should switch to another. As for the wine, am impressed with variety & quality on offer”
