Terrible customer service. Can't understand their broken English. Billing depth never answers phone. Terrible music on hold. What a racket!

Refund not received for a return of $22 for two dresses returning within timeframe. Return slip in with package and confirmed return instructions & address with company. Called to see where my refund is gave them the tracking number. Keep in mind it was return within 60 days. They said it is now after the 90 day time frame and they cannot help me. I returned within the timeframe and to the address instructed by them and in writing on the slip in package.

I ordered a robe. They sent pants 5 months later. When I called, they said they would not charge the $10 return fee. I specifically asked about the return fee and was assured I would not be charged since they sent the wrong item. So I returned the pants. They refunded the cost minus $10. Never ordering from them again.

I purchased a pair of shoes on July 7 and when I received the shoes they were too small. I went to the return policy and decided to use Happy returns via their policy. I spoke to someone on the phone to verify what the process will be and told the 1st person that I wanted a larger size. They said okay and took me through the process where all I had to do was take it to a location and it would cost $10.99 extra to return. I was happy to pay it since I really wanted to the shoes. On the day I returned the shoes I called again to verify the location and to verify that I wanted a larger size. They received the shoes around the 20th of July and I waited for my shoes. It is now August and I called to be told that instead of shoes I received a refund back to my PayPal and the 10.99 was deducted from the refund but I never wanted a refund. I was refunded around $36 when I paid a total of $71.13 for the shoes. $71.13 includes the shoes (43.60) shipping 12.99, taxes (4.54) and additional shipping for return (10.99). That is not fair.

It’s imposible to talk to someone I bought 8 items they return 4 from what I can see that’s what they do with a lot of people the reviews are terrrible it’s a fraud be careful very very desapointed something has to be done

I placed an order on Tuesday and paid for 2 business day SUPERFAST shipping. When choosing this option, it says if I order by 3:00 p.m. I will have it in two business days. I paid $40.00 freaking dollars for it to be here in time for the weekend. Two days later, it still being processed and I'm told the 2 day delivery is from the time it is shipped, and it is only delivered on business days. This is what their shipping says when choosing the SUPERFAST OPTION: Super Fast Delivery: ($29.98) Estimated to arrive within 2 business days if ordered by 3 pm (Eastern). Estimated Delivery: July 18, 2022 When "chatting" with WW, I was told the 2 days is from the date of shipping. NO WHERE when choosing the SUPERFAST option does it say this. It fraudulently gives you the impression you'll receive your order in two business days. With today being Thursday, it is most likely I will not see the delivery until next Monday or Tuesday which defeats the purpose of the SUPERFAST shipping. Their shipping is a scam, ridiculously overpriced and I will be cancelling my account and never ordering from them again.

I will NEVER ORDER from this company again! Shipping is outrageous and returns are a nightmare. Every time I call with an issue, even for an issue they caused by mailing the wrong item, it is 45 minutes on the phone and they never resolve the issue! Still waiting for my credit for a return and they want to charge me shipping for returning! UGH!!

Had an order with 3 items. It was broken into two shipments as the one item was shipped from a different location. Two of the items arrived but 1 got shipped to TX and was marked as delivered... I live in NY. I emailed the company and they told me to check with my neighbors for the package. So i called for help. Customer service told me to call fedex and ask them to change the address. Fedex wouldn't even talk to me as only the shipper can make that change. Called back and the guy was no help so i karen'd it and asked for the next level manager. He finally told me that I have to wait 20 days for it not to be delivered before i can get a refund. I have never had anything like this with other companies i order online from. It was horrible and so was the customer service. They tried multiple times to say i had put in the wrong address. I was lucky that i had multiple items in my shipment that did make it to me to prove i had the correct address at time of order. I will never order from them again.

I placed the first order in May or June of 2021 expecting delivery in 7 to 10 days which is basically industry norm. After waiting 10 days I called customer service to cancel the order. They told me it would take 5 weeks for the merchandise to get to me and that the order had already been sent to the warehouse so that it could not be canceled. I actually liked the items when they arrived so I placed a second order and was supposedly given a large discount to open a Woman Within credit card. They promised discounts for doing this and I was sent a coupon for a 30% discount off of my first order. Never happened - I tried many times on line to imput the discount code and it never worked. I placed one more order and again the discount code did not work. I called customer service and they said the code did not work because one of the items was on backorder and did not count toward the total amount. Yet this item was listed as charged on my invoice and arrived in the package with the other items I had ordered. I am not usually one to send items back but the pants were of such poor quality I sent back three pairs. I had paid my credit card off each month till this happened and I paid everything due but the refund for these three pairs of pants. I was charged late fees and interest. I told them to close the account in September, 2021 and the billings continued despite numerous correspondence with both Woman Within and Commenty Bank. In March, 2022, the account which had grown to almost $300 with the bogus charges was settled for $35. Upon the settlement, I received another interest bill from Woman Within. I promptly called Commenty Bank and chewed them out. The interest was removed. They have damaged my credit and I will never order or do any other kind of business with them again. Merchandise is substandard, shipping is unbelievable, and returning merchandise is a nightmare where you get very little back of what you paid for it. I do not recommend this company.

Do NOT under any circumstances order from this company. I ordered an item from them long ago for under $20 - ever since they have been charging my bank account $16.15 per month for a "membership" If you have ever ordered from them - check your bank accounts!!!!

Terrible customer service. I have been ordering from WW for some time with no issues, but in March, I placed and order but didn't receive it. As instructed, I filled out one of their refund affadavit forms saying I didn't receive it, but it was denied because they said there was an address discrepancy. What? So after speaking to yet another CS rep, I sent another affadavit. Today I got a message that it also was rejected because the shipper said they delivered my order to me. That's the whole purpose of the affadavit, to make a claim for items not received. When things work, they work, but buckle up if something ever goes wrong.

Bad customer services I called to ask why they charged my card. I got transferred 7 times & I asked to speak to the manager, they put me on hold for a while & hung up on me. I called back no one answered. I will not order from them & will not recommend them to anyone. BAD SERVICE!!! This company do not deserve a star if this is how they treat their customers. They need to go back to school to educate how to serve customers to bring business. Shame on them.

FALSE ADVERTISING ON A SALE!! they didn't even try to make it right or give me a discount when I said your ad is very confusing. It won't discount online and after 3 times then talking to a manager they didn't want to make it right. Surely thinking g of closing my woman within account. I'm sick of there crap

Have been a customer for years and they are predatory in their pricing, don’t acknowledge discount codes at check out, make the most popular fabrics high priced and the uglies cheapest in the same garment. Rewards are impossible to redeem. They jack up their prices and shipping fees. Nonexistent customer service.

The worst! The pictures and prices seem good for everyday outfits, but that's where it ends ! Look, but don't buy. I'm not even going into details because I'll just get frustrated all over again ! Take the word of an easy going, good humored, patient preschool teacher, and put that catalog in recycling. Please! Nancy

Return policy sucks. Be sure to read and understand it before buying anything. I wish I would have. Will never purchase anything again. Most reviews here are bad. But elsewhere.

I received a catalog in the mail and ordered a pair of pants. Long story short they do not show me placing my order and have charged me for it. They say my funds will be back into my account within 5 to 7 days. All i got was no system is perfect. Sorry! Customer service is a nightmare. I should have read the reviews before trying to order.

I REALLY wish I would have read reviews before I ordered from this company. First of all, the reason I ordered was because I got $20 off order for applying for credit card, so I purchased a posture bra and ordered the same size I always wear but when I got it was WAY too big. I called to set up return and they only refunded me for the price of bra (not taxes or shipping I paid) and it was a gift card to them!!! Return policy states "full refund" and "no return shipping costs"....LIES!!! I spent over $8 to open a package....REALLY!!! Their response to peoples reviews are pretty much...sorry we'll try to do better....what a joke. I cancelled the credit card because they will never see another penny from me. Do not waste your hard working money with this company!!!

This company is geared towards plus size women, yet they can't sell shirts that are longer then 30 inches. Why, plus size women do not want their belly hanging out or their butt. Make the shirts longer than 30 inches.

Company allows return up to 60 days. But, they require that they receive the item by day 60 (not that customer initiate return by day 60). Their return agent takes so long to deliver item to them that return item doesn't get to them by day 60. Then, they keep your money and your merchandise. Avoid this scam company.
