Do i even need to leave a review? enough bad ones here already, cant believe I didnt check reviews before purchase, in a nutshell avoid at all cost, damaged, then cut bent, wrong size, then promise to resend but just didnt bother and when i contacted them they were talking like ive never ordered, wont refund! Yet! but they will. they tried to pull a terms and condition on me but pictures clearly show they are wrong, like I said, just avoid, ive wasted days emailing back and forth so far!

In my experience the company dont deliver what you paid for and use the bespoke excuse to avoid refunds. Dont throw your money down the drain and avoid like the plague. Never experienced the audacity of literally providing nothing for your money. They have a few polite staff on the phone but dont be fooled by that. Also the number on the website is premium rate.

Ordered what was called a "sample". Expected delivery date within 10 days. After 10 days didnt arrive. Messaged to cancel. Was informed that a sample is a "made to measure" order and cannot be cancelled, and then gave me loads of legal detail to explain why I couldnt cancel. About 10 minutes after messaging them, got a delivery note. Waste of £8. Rude customer service, long delivery times.

Ordered Coated Chipboard, which was literally 5 times as expensive as Wickes, although I would have to have cut myself. I ordered as I assumed a professional company would be able to cut these successfully. The edges, ends and even faces etc were chipped rendering the boards totally unusable. Contacted them via email, they accepted there was a fault with the item, however are refusing a refund. I have already refabricated myself (with no chips incidentally). They ignore Statutory rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015) and say their terms and conditions override these - they don't in any section of the UK law! If a product is delivered faulty the customer is always entitled to a refund if they request (not replacement). They keep quoting they have 30 days to deliver, however they have already delivered so what's that about? Anyway regardless the 30 day period applies to a Customer rejecting the product and not the retailer to rectify it so its irrelevant. They have failed in their contractual duties. Ashley (assuming that is a real name) completely ignores what is actually said on the email. The customer service do not know/care about distance selling regulations. Essentially these guys are cowboys. I did order by credit card so I will be able to get my money back, and PayPal will be informed. Trading Standards have been informed as this company just point blank refuse to adhere to the Laws of the UK. Also asked for a Subject Access Request, under GDPR, I doubt they will understand this request either given their total and utter ignorance of other laws. They have no cookie policy on their website, and they by the looks of it have no appointed Data Protection Officer (required by law), according to their Privacy Policy. They have now started ignoring emails, or just copying and pasting previous responses. I will be seeking out expenses regarding claiming a refund (which by the way the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to do). I also noticed today that they do not publish bad reviews on their website (again certainly unethical, perhaps illegal depending on the circumstances) FYI, all this total shambolic incomprehensible ignorance over less than £30! Utterly pointless given what could come their way after these complaints.

Sheet not cut square - corners not at 90 degrees. Wont refund or reissue. Pathetic customer service. Avoid at all cost!!!

Having waited more than the time scale for the wood and taking into consideration of the covid pandemic I had to keep ringing regards my order...finally received my wood pieces...7 cut perfect the 8th is a totally thin piece of wood cut to size but totally not the same thickness of the others...after reading the reviews on this sight I wont be ordering from this company again.....look at 2nd and 3rd picture you can see diference in thickness should be 9mm and even the wood on the thin piece is a different colour and a thickness of 4mm!!!

Ordered 96 pieces of melamine MDF cut to size received, 4 square pieces of cheap 4mm ply wood No answer on the helpline. Two weeks late and no responses to any contacts. Reported to trading standards as this doesn't seem like mistake from reading previous reviews. Spent nearly £400 and received 4 pieces of ply. Fraudulent company.

Beginning to think I've been scammed. Wood ordered 7th April. Contacted 9th of April to ask if I could make a change. Told no, it had already been cut. Fast forward to today (23rd April). Wood still hasn't arrived and no definitive answer for when it will. Dreadful, dreadful customer service.

This company shouldn’t be on the market 10 days late on order. called 3 days in row to hear same excuse and same story with a promise to call back later that day but guess what they never call back. They won’t refund either. Transaction is being disputed with my bank. Complete scam and waste of time.

Well they have been chasing me for a review, here you go! Had a simple order worth £19, ask them if they could make an additional cut (with very clear description and instruction in writing), could not get any info re when the order would be delivered, but was patient considering pandemic issues. Had to rebook my tradesman few times. They finally called and asked me to pay extra £50 to make an additional cut. I paid and went through what i needed again over a phone. Received a product with a cut to 2.5 cm instead of 25cm! emailed them. got reply to call and provide a card number for a refund. three weeks later no refund. Called them about five times, every tie waiting for 15 min on a line. Was passed around to departments that don't pick up phone, had to redial, told every time the refund would be issued "today". Had to pay someone else to cut the correct item. I am now fed up and going to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get my £50 back.

I changed my mind shortly after placing my order. I placed the order 6pm Saturday 3rd Jan, emailed to cancel Sunday morning. They do not cancel any orders as they are custom made. I have no problem with this policy, IF the work has started. I called to discuss this, after waiting 24 hours for a response and an hour on hold I was told my order was actually in production and would be shipped soon. This was almost certainly incorrect, my order did not ship until 13th Jan and it is 8 small pieces. Unless of course they just cut one piece per day... Wood arrives and the quality is poor. The corners are smashed in as not packed properly and the pieces have not been cut square. The blade on the saw used was not square to the table. I would normally contact the supplier to discuss, rather than just leaving bad reviews, but honestly, I'm busy, I don't have an hour to waste to be told some nonsense policy.

Placed an order on 25th nov, expected delivery 4th Dec Nothing by 8th Dec phoned and said it hadn’t been processed yet. Told it would be dispatched by end of that week. Numerous phone calls, everyone being fobbed off with another excuse. 3 phone calls on 18th explained it was for part of a Xmas gift. Told it would be with me by Tuesday 22nd, waited in for delivery and nothing. Rang again on Tuesday to be told it would definitely be with me before Xmas. Here I am Xmas eve at 5pm, still no sheet and will have a very disappointed child who has no desk for tomorrow. Disgraceful company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Useless company! I don’t believe the positive reviews here, they have to be fake! Waiting 33 days for my items which should have been dispatched within 3-14 days. Called them multiple times and they tell me it will be dispatched that day! That was a week ago, called again today and got the same story! Still no dispatch notice today. This company is an absolute scam. Quick to take your money within the day, and then no word from them for over a month! Wish I’d read the reviews here before ordering.

I don't even want to give 1 star, it is obvious I have been scammed by reading the reviews, luckily my order was relatively small this time but as a professional carpenter with 4 guys working for me i would have found a service like this very useful, possibly spending hundreds of pounds each month, but I am so disappointed with them I just wish I had read reviews first! I am contacting google as they should never be on the 1st page of a search, they are just scammers. DO NOT USE!!!!!

Very slow to deliver and items damaged. Offered replacement within 7 days, which still has not arrived after over 3 weeks. Would not use again.

Where do you start? Really poor customer service, rare replies to emails and no answer to phone calls! After 7 weeks the order finally arrived (to my surprise) Crack on the underside and looked as if it had been cut with a blunt blade as the cut was ragged. Did’t contact them as I could just still use the item and to be honest I didn’t have the will to attempt a complaint! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will be out of business anytime soon I would imagine/hope.
