Thank you for your review - in the email and when posting the review, you are kindly requested to rate the online booking experience and not the holiday itself. After the holiday you will be emailed a more detailed questionnaire which you can use to rate the elements of your stay once you have taken your break.

all my booking confirmation etc came through as 'junk' mail, even the email warning me that the confirmation email containing the pdf attachment may come through as junk mail, came through as junk mail.the holiday site itself is worth this, been many times in the past and loved it.

Staff very friendly nice place but lacks entertainment for teenagers and adults need more inside activaries pool and table tennis only one table tennis tables is ridiculous! And should have separate pool room. And a silly rule of 15 16 year olds needing an adult with them to go swimming no point of going to a holiday park if they are not allowed a little independence. Unlikely will visit again

Stayed with our touring caravan and had a nightmare. Website stated they are level pitches. Some pitches are but there are a lot that are very uneven. We had to virtually take are van off the floor to get it level and then couldn't get the awning to fit. We then had to go and spend another £160 to get a gazebo to store our things in. In fairness to the staff they did try and move us but hadn't got the availability on another pitch. This really should be stated on the website but there is nowhere that says they have unlevel pitches. The sight was clean and had good facilities but if bringing a older child that wants their independence wouldn't recommend has they have to be accompanied by an adult in all activities if they are under 16. Our grandchild was bored has he couldn't access anything by himself. He loves the pool and is a excellent swimmer but he wasn't able to use it unless we were with him. We hadn't had this issue on other parks. I do understand that there is health a safety issues that have to be considered and not all children are safe but there should be some disclaimer you could sign and there was always park staff present at all the activities. The staff were pleasant and helpful on site and they are not to blame for our issues. I feel that the website is very misleading and the points I've made should be more clear.

I FOUND THE WEBSITE VERY DIFICULY TO WORK AROUND WHEN I WANTED TO LOOK AT THE PARK BEFORE I BOOKED. THE BOOKING PROCEDURE WAS VERY EASY TO USE.

For starters, the email title and this generic feedback page should be sorted. They need to be clearer it's about the booking process - people might ignore it as it feels like you're asking me to review a holiday I've not had yet. Also, why am I being asked if my delivery arrived on time? You're paying a provider for this?! Overall, it was easy and straighforward to book. However... i had to do a lot of clicking and searching around your site in order to make my choices. It would be helpful to be able to click through on things like the accommodation options instead of having to leave and navigate to the accommodation pages in order to compare them, especially as options will change depending on the location and dates. It's also misleading that the accommodation photos are of the newer caravans and not the older ones, so I'm not sure what mine will look like!! I'm not expecting 5* so don't hide away the reality of what I'm paying for :) When asking me if I want to select my pitch/caravan, a link to the map PDF would be useful. I had to Google the website for Twitchen House and find the map myself. It would also help if you advised that my booking would time out, which it did several times for me because of all of the above. You defo need some proper user testing on your site! I'm sure your GA stats show people bouncing around all over the site too? Good luck :)

Tried to book on a tablet but when I got to payment page it wouldn't accept my cards expiry date, so had to do it through my iPhone which was fine.

The booking process was simple to use, however at the end of the process the site froze so I came out of the site and found that the booking had infact been actioned and an email confirmation sent to me. On going back into the frozen site I was able to continue exiting the site, only to find that it booked my stay a second time. I immediately phoned the number given and was told that yes the booking had been made twice however no refund could be actioned until the operators supervisor had been contacted. 8 hours later and I am still waiting for confirmation that the second booking has been cancelled and my money refunded to my account. Let`s hope it happens soon.

Park its self is very nice outdoor pool area is very good for kids and nice clean and tidy. The bar let's the park down food is very expensive and not worth the money, its take ages to come (even when only people in there) drinks are very expensive £8.95 a mini bottle of prosecco £6 cider or pint. There always seems to be lots of staff hanging around no one actually serving and all just look at you whilst waiting and don't acknowledge you. Arcades are pointless nothing for the kids to win always empty. Nice to come and stay if only using the pool for facility and nothing else.

well booking was straight forward but at paying page it didn't show booking dates and info so I had to save and go back to the first page. I think it will help if at the confirmation the dates booked shows.

Entertainment staff were lovely. Facilities were great however, alot of the other staff do not appear to care. A few things overlooked which put a downer on the holiday such as no bed sheets on arrival etc.

The site was clean, some of the activities were quite pricey and the wrist bands didnt seem worth the money. The food there wasnt great, probably wouldnt want to stay more than a 3 night there.

Overall ok however arrived on Friday at 7.50pm to find that they were still tidying/making the beds and the food pack we'd paid for was not there nor was there a record of it! Receptionist blamed it in computer error and not once apologised. Caravan was lovely facilities lovely but service in restaurant slow.

warm clean washing facilities However the pith was totally unsuitavle for a touring caravan with awning as we coulsd not peg it down properly (through tarmac in two corners) There was a mud puddle right where the 'van door had to be, due to the slope. and at the back of the pitch was a muddy marsh . Yet other more suitable pitches at the same price were available (we arrived in the rain with another family and five children, so we tried to mak the best of it and not ask for a move) The cars on the site did not stick to the spped limit of 10mph and here was nearly an accident outside our van. The laundry room was clean but too small, even for off season. There were insufficient staff generally. (it was Easter) The shop was good. I would go again but check my allotted pitch before staying.
