“Yesterday, I gave Woolworths a 1 star rating after the groceries I paid for were delivered to the wrong address. I understand that such errors can easily happen in poor weather with poor visibility, but was stunned that there was a suggestion that the groceries which included meat and dairy, would be retrieved and returned to me after 12 hours without refrigeration, and rain soaked. Today Woolworths have redeemed themselves. They reviewed their systems which confirmed that the delivery was made to the wrong address. They delivered the goods ordered in pristine condition. I was always happy with the efficiency and friendliness of this delivery team. Since my concerns were taken seriously and the error rectified, I will not allow this one off incident to blot their reputation. Especially after 2 years of competent friendly service. Thankyou!”
“Went into Woolworths and took 2 packs of 2kg sugar. When I got to the self service checkout one of them only weighed in at 1.5kg! I said to the young sales assistant that I'm not paying for 2kg when its only 1.5kg, so would he kindly follow the trail of sugar back to the sugar aisle and grab me another one. He did just that and even offered to clean the sugar spilled on my walker. Thumbs up for woollies Kilkenny 👍”
