“I ordered a book for my Grandson at the end of March. It did nt arrive. Wordery are going to send another , which was very fair of them. I hope this one arrives soon. So that being the case , yes I would recommend them.”

“One of the books I ordered in a past order, I realised while using it (a recipe book ) that lots of the pages were cut out. I have made a complaint about this but no-one has got back to me so far. Other than this book all the others have been fine, but I would like a replacement”

“Communications VERY poor. NO order confirmation received; messages have tiny text in GREY. Book arrived reasonably quickly - but I cannot now remember if it was delivered by Royal Mail Letterpost or courier. (Courier delivery is usually a DISASTER and if website mentions Free Postage" I expect delivery to be by Royal Mail Letterpost) The book was a bit worn but that's not unacceptable since book withs second-hand Please note that I *never* recommend anything to anybody - that only results in problems.”

“The delivery time was good and the book is fine but i assumed it was a large wheres wally book and the one that came was travel size it did not say travel size when i purchased it so abit dissapointed and feel abit mislead”

“I ordered two items which were shown as being in stock. One arrived quickly (given the circumstances); the other was not dispatched for 2 weeks, suggesting that it was not in fact in stock at all. Wordery often have good prices, but I would not recommend them for books you want in a hurry.”

“Maybe put the books also inside an air-bouble wrap not just naked in the carton package. Bent corners and mark's are not a pretty eye sight for our favourite books.”

“My order WRDRY-15-30-05941136was placed early March. On the 12th March i received an email to say that package 2 WRDRY-55898133 would be with me 5 to 10 working days. As of today 26th March it has NOT arrived. Could you please follow it up for me and advise when I can expect to receive it. Yours sincerely....... Roy Deacon”

“It was the title I wanted. I nearly sent it back because the pages had been poorly cut and there was a nick in the side of the book. Sorry, not a great review, what can I say?”

“I ordered a book which Wordery's website said they had in stock - only to receive an email next day saying they didn't have it after all & cancelling the order. Still I am quite pleased - I managed to order the same book, much cheaper, from elsewhere”
