“Very good and reliable service in general, but there is an increasing tendency to allow books to becom slightly damaged as they leave the warehousing. I take it the process for collecting from the shelf is mechanical. If so, you need to watch that the dustjackets and bindings of your books do not suffer. They can also become damaged in the packaging process. It's happening more often than it used to - a sign of the times, unfortunately, but Wordery was always so good at sending top-quality books through the post. Try and investigate the technical process a bit, and modify it where necessary. Thanks!”

“The order process was fine, but considering the book was advertised as in stock, delivery time was longer than I expected, probably would have been quicker going to Amazon instead.The courier used was Evri, the first time I knew that my order was out for delivery was when I received an email from Evri. I had already left for work and was unable to change delivery location. The driver left my package behind the recycling bin, and it pouted down that day before I got home. 1 very soggy parcel waiting for when I got home. Probably not going to use Wordery again”

“I've been ordering from Wordery for about 2-3 years because they have a huge range of manga at low prices. And their customer service is great (P.S I only needed customer service because I made a mastake on my order.) So to rape up I love Wordery and I highly recommend ordering your book there.”
