“Service was less good than previously and communication could have been better. I ordered two items which were sent separately and the first arrived before I’d received an email about my items having been dispatched. That email arrived several days later when the second item was on its way. It was just a bit confusing and I needed to log in to work out what was going on.”

“Did not receive the book that I ordered. Wordery sent me an anniversary edition of the book and not the one depicted for sale in their listing. There was nothing in their listing stating I wouldn’t receive the one advertised. It has a different front cover to one I thought I was getting which was to be a gift. Shocking customer services when I contacted them about this to query it. I will be sticking with Amazon in the future.”

“The book a received was a fake - by fake I mean I was not issued by the publisher, it was badly printed, crooked inside and fuzzy/ pixelated print on the cover and overall smaller in size than the other original books. I was told I could return the book but would have to pay postage which costs as much as the book itself. Would not trust this supplier again.”

“I ordered a Monet A5 note book but that could not be delivered, so I ordered an alternative A5 note book but the quality of binding for this note book was not of good quality. I was surprised that I had to pay for the cost of the postage for returning this item, which cost over £2. This experience has put me off of ordering from Wordery again. Julie Heath”

“Used these guys for a number of years and so far I have not been disappointed. Packaging is good. Product pricing is competitive. The most important thing for me is I receive an undamaged product.”
