“Books need to be dispatched very quickly. Online bookstores can often take a week to a fortnight to DISPATCH the book. The other problem is one of postage where the book can languish for a further week at Princess Royal Dock. I recall being able to go out to a bookshop, buy a book and be back home reading it in two hours. All gone.”

“They've changed the courier/dispatch company. All three purchases arrived separately. Hermes threw the first one over the wall, no ring or knock or email to say it was here. So it got soaking wet in the pouring rain. The second one was squished in the postbox, again I was in and no ring or knock. It was badly dented and is a present. The third was fine. Won't be buying with wordery again. I'll shop with Hive.co.uk instead.”
