“A bit rude email replies when I just wanted to let them know that my order was late. They replied as if I was supposed to know that the book was going to be shipped by a different supplier and would take more than 7 days to arrive even though my order was saying 2 days. It also took longer than that to arrive. Other than that, fine. You should inform the customers of such delays though before they pay.”

“The book I ordered a week ago today has not arrived.The second book I ordered 3 days later came almost by return and is awaiting collection,but I wanted to pick them both up.The first book was expected up to yesterday.Not your usual service which has previously been excellent.That is why I use you.”

“I was disappointed that the website gives a different estimated delivery time than the confirmation email I received once I'd actually made my purchase. The book ordered actually arrived much later than I'd hoped, which was disappointing because it was a gift and arrived after the person's birthday.”

“Love this online bookstore. Books are in excellent condition. There are some books that I can’t get from here though. I also ordered 10 books at the same time and they all came separately. I think if you can consolidate to one package that would be fantastic and less waste.”

“Delivery times were far too slow and not well enough advertised. Some books advertised elsewhere (supplied by wordery) has shorter delivery times. No option to pay for faster delivery. Waited weeks for parts of the same order ...not good enough.”

“Item arrived in good condition, however delivery time was longer than website suggested with item not even being confirmed as despatched for 10 days after order was placed. In fact I though the order may have been lost due to no communication for such a long period. Unfortunately I will probably not use again.”

“Wordery would have gotten five stars, but the books I purchased last - all of them had a bend at each corner (which is not good, considering the price). But over all I am quite satisfied with the service, never had any problem.”
