“You sent me my copy of Imperium by ChrIstIan Kracht after a long wait in German when I was expecting the English version. I was not asked if I wanted a German version when I ordered it. I would have expected the English version unless otherwise specified or at least that the languages options would be clear. There was no provision for a free return as most companies offer so I had to pay to send it back. I assume I will be repaid promptly. Please let me know your company’s policy on these points. How could I have made sure to get the book in English? Linda Lamont”

“Prices are good but the delivery times quoted are a bit ambitious. You quoted 4 days, one took 5 days, the others 6 days - not that it mattered this time. The second delivery was for 5 books, this was delivered as 5 separate parcels. Again this did not matter to me but does seem a bit wasteful?”
