“Very good for ordering and the right product arrived BUT it took ages to arrive, no postal strikes at the time. Should be able to deliver a diary within 5 days not 12.”

“Wordery were fine but the carrier you are using are appaling. I received numerous contradictory delivery times. On a Friday they told me that they would deliver on the next working day which I assumed to be Monday. This was the 3rd different notification I received. They then turned up on the SATURDAY at less than 90mins notice. Needless to say I was not at home so they came back on the SUNDAY!! You need to find a more reliable courier.”
