“I don't understand why a question about Wordery morphs into a question about Blackwells. The present transaction with Wolrdery was fine, except that I do wish you'd use Royal Mail for deliveries--much better service if the customer isn't in. PS re the questions below: "Within 5 days" and "Over 7 days" leaves a gap. Do bear in mind that words mean what they mean.”
