“The book was not what I thought I bought. I stipulated that it had large print and was very mush the opposite and considering I bought for a stroke patient this was completely useless to them. Really not impressed.”

“Evri won’t use common sense in delivering - they refuse to leave parcel where I request - they are too worried about covering their own back - this is why I won’t order from you again - because you won’t use any other delivery company”

“Would have been 5 stars however my order was late and I had to contact Wordery customer support, they advised that they had been let down by a supplier and would resource form another supplier and that I should receive my order in the next 8 to 10 days. Order duly arrived but why weren’t they more proactive and tell customers of the delay instead of waiting til unhappy customers contact them.”
