“I ordered the book about 10 days before I needed it for a presentation at church. When I received notification that it had been dispatched , I was told that it would be delivered within the next 5 days. Sadly it was at the wrong end of the 5 days as it was 2 days after I needed it ............................ the information /story was extracted from a recording on the internet.”
