“Still waiting for this to arrive - weeks and weeks later. Not impressed at all. Despite 2 chasing emails have received zero response. Only an email asking for a review. Bizarre. Poor customer service and zero stars to give if possible. Cannot answer final questions as haven’t received the book.”

“I purchased this book so I could read up before visiting the exhibition. It took a little longer than expected to arrive, possibly because of the Royal Mail. It is in very good condition though not wrapped in a plastic cover. I have had previous good experiences of Wordery. It is a lovely book though I thought the photograph colours would have been a bit mor vibrant. That is down to the publishers.”

“Ordered Moleskine diary via Amazon who sent the wrong one. The return instructions were incorrect but I contacted Wordery direct who were very helpful and sorted it out for me.”

“Completely rubbish service. Book was delivered in torn-open package, very badly damaged. In spite of repeated requests for a replacement I have had no reply from Wordery. I will now cancel my order, demand a refund and purchase from a reliable supplier.”

“I have used Wordery for a couple of years, and I've been very happy with the service. The books are priced competitively and there is no delivery charge. I have always been able to find the book I'm looking for, even when I thought it might be a bit obscure.”

“The book was perfect and a good price. However the delivery person left the parcel in full view on the front doorstep. When we returned it was gone and we thought stolen. Luckily a neighbour took it in as rain on a parcel would not be good. So instruct you deliverers not to just leave it out but knock a neighbour and leave a note saying where it was left”

“I bought 'The Log from the Sea of Cortez' for someone to give me as a Christmas present! So, I haven't read it yet, can't wait for Santa! Yes, I'm a sad old sod. I continue to enjoy Steinbeck's 'Travels with Charley' and expect the same joy from this book. I find Wordery, and Blackwell UK in particular, good value and pretty efficient. And always a great alternative to Amazon.”
