“Books are always has described, but having to go off-site so that I can read a synopsis of a book to check if it's exactly what I want/need is ridiculous, also delivery times are painfully slow, it feels that it's an attempt at blackmail to use the paid postal service”

“As always, Wordery seems an efficient organisation - price, information, website. As always, Evri/Hermes is a poor organisation; we have previous experience of poor service from them. This book is still to arrive: the last tracking message - Wednesday 7th - I had said roughly: 'delivery was to happen today: we will attempt to deliver tomorrow - and nothing more. As always it is difficult to contact Evri and find out what is happening. I think this is Wordery's problem for using them in the first place.”

“I realised I had one digit wrong in my postcode whilst Evri had my parcel goodness knows where for several days. I contacted wordery to highlight this and they quickly responded and said they had updated the courier with the correct postcode. Couple of days later I had an email from the courier to say parcel would be delivered the following day, then an email saying it had been delivered. Not to me it wasn’t. It was delivered to the wrong street to someone else. How could the courier not see they were in the wrong street? I don’t understand. I asked for a refund but have had no response. Hope the person enjoyed doing my jigsaws.”
