“I ordered two books with priority delivery. One book arrived the day after ordering. The second arrived five days later. As these were Christmas gifts I was disappointed that this was not up to your usual high standard of service particularly when I had paid for priority delivery”

“Wordery seems a very efficient company. They have a wide range of titles with competitive prices. The books are sent out in very good time. I have been impressed with any communications I have had with them. It is a way to avoid the Big Giant that is supplying most of the nation's books and making a big profit out of it, at the expense of the authors.”

“Ordered book on the 11th December as a Christmas present, heard nothing (except an automated acknowledgement) for over a week, then told delivery would be between the 24th December and 31st December book actually arrived on the 4th of January. Very disappointed by the long delay, inaccurate information and complete lack of communication about the very long delivery time.”
