“Two books ordered for Christmas gifts on the 16th December (inside the recommended date to achieve delivery). One was dispatched the same day, the second not until the 21st December. Needless to say the second arrived well after the special day which was frustrating and disappointing. There was no alert on ordering to warn us about stock issues and if there had been we wouldn't have proceeded.”

“Wordery refused to contact a publisher in order to gain permission for them to send to me a photograph of a double page of a book which I was thinking of buying. I wanted this photo as I had read a few reviews in which the print size and the closeness of the print to the binding were criticised. What happened to customer service?”
