“Item arrived very promptly and in very good condition. Please continue to use Royal Mail for deliveries. In our experience it is much more reliable than other deliverers if we are not in and there is a need to arrange a delivery. Could you please remove the connection to Instagram? I'm happy to give Wordery a review but not to interconnect with other online systems or sites.”

“Wordery are terrific but recently my last order was delivered by Yodel instead of Royal Mail and that was not so good. Hope Wordery return to RM or at least offer a choice.”

“The customs fees were exorbitant so I decided not to pay them and to wait for the order to come back to Wordery. I wrote to customer service asking if they would reimburse my purchase once the books got back to them. They said that I should instead accept the order (and pay the customs fees) THEN send the books back. So in order not to pay the fees, their solution was just "pay the fees"?? Basically I paid for three books, never received them, and never got my money back. Appalling.”
