“I received all five items which I ordered within a reasonably short time. However, they all arrived separately which seems to me that the additional costs of despatching them in this manner must increase the postage costs for Wordery. I would have been happy to receive them all at the same time. Plenty of choice of books however.”

“I made two purchases recently. One went well, the other did not. The first purchase arrived within a few days of the order. However, the second purchase arrived well after the money had been taken from my bank account. You need to make it clearer to customers that not all items are in stock and some need to be obtained from suppliers. In such cases, you need to change your policy and not take the money from the customer's account until the item is actually dispatched.”
