“I do not have my book. The delivery service is poor. One receives an email on the day of delivery with no advance warning. Giving me two hours notice is useless if I am more than two hours away. Then the delivery service advises that the parcel is being returned. Then the same process the next day and no way to rearrange. Evri are atrocious and are affecting your reputation. I still do not have my book! You are asking me to review something I don't have yet!”

“Sadly the parcel was left in the garden and was not found before the package and contents were damaged by rain and dampness. The parcel could have been left at the front door where it would likely have arrived safely. It was delivered promptly though.... its a shame the delivery team let you down in where it was left.”

“I'm actually very disappointed! The book I ordered was a Christmas present for our son, the delivery was meant to be between the 20th & 24th December. I can obviously appreciate the postal strikes but didn't receive the book until 31st December! Also I had 0 notifications along the way of what was happening. It will the last time I use this company!”

“I was encouraged to buy three books by the offer of free express delivery - they arrived as promised. I bought another book which was not part of the deal, and it still arrived before Christmas despite all of the pressures on the delivery service. Books were well-packaged and in perfect condition.”

“The book we ordered before Christmas was delivered by the delivery company on 3.1.2023 . They didn't even ring our door bell. The tracking data on their website was very poor. we realise it was mainly due to the Royal mail strikes etc However as for the book itself, it came excellently packed. We had to send it to Sheffield as it was a Christmas present for our son in law, who returned home after Christmas. Wordery responded”

“I ordered 2 books, but they were sent in separate packages on different dates. It was a pity that the one which was a present arrived later so I had to post it on again to the recipient - making it more expensive and late for Christmas. If they had arrived together or the other way around, this would have been perfect. Both books are lovely, in good packaging so perfect condition and made good gifts.”

“I ordered four books for Christmas presents. I was advised by Wordery that one was out of stock but they would do their best to get it to me before Christmas. The other three books were delivered separately during the next week by the same very nice delivery man, and Wordery managed to get my last book delivered before Christmas. I was very happy with the service and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.”
