“After receiving the book Be Here Now, where the whole content which was printed on what seemed more like tissue paper, along with the over all presentation being of poor quality, I’ve found that the seller elusive and returning the book is proving to be difficult. After being given a so called tracking number with the courier Ups it leads to nowhere and now after posting they won’t reply to my emails querying whether or not the return has been received . Absolutely disgraceful”
