“Great experience! The support team answered very quickly and nicely to fix an issue I had with my order. The books got delivered in time (even in advance for one of them) and were in good condition! I'll order again :)”

“The book I ordered was great. Just what I expected. The delivery was quite slow and it was several days before the courier sent me a message to say they were on their way to pick up my order. Then it was a few days in transit before it came to me. This wasn't a problem as delivery was free (one of the reasons I decided to buy from Wordey) but at the point when I expected it to drop through my door, was the moment I got the email saying they were about to 'start' to send my order. I'm not sure if this is Wordery or the couriers' procedure that slowed down delivery. (order placed on 3rd and received 11th - 8 days) Free delivery and a very competitive price, just what I was looking for.”
