“When I want to buy a book, Wordery is always the first place I look. Firstly, I find Wordery's web site simple and straightforward to use, which is so, so important. Secondly, the steps to pay etc. and also straightforward. What you see is what you get. Some sites are so unnecessarily difficult and seem more interested in selling you something else. Any problems I have had have been instantly sorted out. Delivery (even during the pandemic) has been good and reliable.”

“Not 100% satisfied because I had to pay more than 8€ in customs fees for a book that cost me 16€... And all because it came from the UK. Maybe if there was some sort of deal where wordery had arranged with Spanish customs the clearance of their books and had the price included, You can buy with a knowledge of the final cost... Apart from that it took longer than expected. Around 2 weeks more until I got my book, but I suppose it wasn't all Wordery's fault, but also customs. The book itself is perfect though!”

“The stock of books with Wordery is excellent. The prices are acceptable but the delivery by Royal Mail is poor. This will not stop me buying books from your excellent stock but it leaves me to look in other areas for books.”

“Followed link from the Gaelic language class, ordered book Thinking it was a workbook and received the Tutor Guide which was not the correct one, Speak Gaelic workbook doesn't seem to be available so not your fault but actually my purchase is of no use to me.”
