“Overall, very satisfied. The prices are fair, the quality is good. The shipping time took a little bit longer, as it had to go through customs coming from a non-EU country (resulting in additional fees). Besides that, highly recommend it!”

“Prices are pretty cheap and the staff is friendly, but you never know where your order is. My order was a day away from being sent back because of my country's bad shipping company. You should give a tracking number with the customer's orders because what is the point of having one if you don't even know it?”

“Excellent service and a wide choice of books of all kinds. Unfortunately, I have docked a star because Wordery seem to have abandoned their policy of charging on despatch and now take payment on order. This is not going to help them compete with another large vendor and is inconvenient. That apart, I am very happy with Wordery and will continue to deal with the company.”

“I love your shop and ordering my books from you guys. It was the first time I ordered from you since Brexit. Shipping to France just started again recently. The only problem is that I had to pay customs fees which I didn't expect. I don't remember seeing anything about that while I was placing my order. Maybe I missed it? Otherwise, it would be nice to have a mention of that somewhere. I know it's not you guys' fault but with customs fees it might be too expensive to buy again from Wordery :( I'll probably give it another go and see what customs says though.”
