“The books I received looked as though they had been chewed at the ends! The customer service was dreadful when I commented on the extra customs payments that amounted to the same price of the books.. I normally use “ Book Depository “ however, decided to try Wordery instead… I shall not make that mistake again!”

“It took several weeks to arrive...and then a surprise additional 10E fee for customs. I can appreciate this isn't your issue, but it does make it difficult to continue to buy from Wordery.”

“I bought 'Speak, Silence, In Search of W. G. Sebald' as a Christmas present for my husband. Many people had problems with their online Christmas present shopping this year and I was expecting the worst - but the book arrived both promptly and neatly & considerately parcelled (no unnecessary volumes of packaging). The price point was just right. Excellent service, hence 5 stars and I will definitely use Wordery again and have already recommended it to other readers. Sorry, I can't remember which carrier delivered it (Christmas, after all....a blur) but whoever they were, they did a good job!”
