“I tend to buy from Wordery now rather than other online booksellers. They have a good range. Prices are often cheaper than the big companies. Packaging is always good and I have not had any damaged goods. Shipment and delivery can be slower, but that generally is not as problem as I am patient”

“Your company did a great job sending the needed material for my granddaughter. The only problem is that it had to take so long for the delivery which shortened her time to practice before her solo ensemble. I know the order was placed just prior to the holiday but 6 weeks is a long time in my opinion. Other than that I would say your service is good.”

“I bought a book as a Christmas present to be sent directly to the recipient but it didn’t arrive for weeks and I had to chase it. I was told that there had been an error in the system which was then corrected. I understand these things can happen but it was embarrassing given it was a present for someone and also that the error wasn’t noticed. My first time using the service so obviously not a good initial experience”
