“I ordered a book for a friend's daughter, so I can't comment on the book itself, but the service was absolutely excellent! The only thing I did notice was that in communications to me, I was addressed as the recipient of the gift, rather than as myself, as there was nowhere in the ordering process for me to make the distinction, other than the name on the payment card (I had the book sent directly to my friend) However, this isn't a criticism, just an observation. I was kept well informed at all stages of the process.”

“Another efficient purchase. Wordery is almost always our first choice for books, mostly because of choice, price, and delivery speed. Our nearest independent bookshop is some distance away and we are still continually assessing Covid risk. We know that a couple of online booksellers donate to independent bookstores. This might be an issue for Wordery to consider.”
