“Still waiting to receive my item that was dispatched on 5th December and hasn't moved on tracking since 8th. Told to wait by you but now looking like the Christmas present I ordered in plenty of time isn't going to arrive in time. No replacement offered so far.”

“The book is great but the delivery was appalling! I have steps leading down to the house and it was left at the TOP of the steps- on the street! It was sheer luck that my neighbour tripped over it on her way out and brought it down to me. And- it was a rainy day but luckily between showers!”

“I ordered books recently and, as usual, they arrived in good order. My only surprise was the fact that the three books came individually rather than as one parcel, but I assume this is to do with weight and cost to Wordery. Considering the recent postal strikes I’m delighted that the books arrived safely - via a local courier - though a little later than suggested.”
