“I had a very long wait for my book to arrive…. Nearly 3 weeks and another wait to get an email back after contacting customer services to find out where it was. It arrived far too late for the present it was supposed to be. I returned it over a week ago and it was tracked and signed for but I haven’t heard anything about my refund. Not impressed and won’t use wordery again.”

“I have used you for a long time. SINCE THE BANKS BROUGHT IN THIS DOUBLE CHECK SYSTEM i CAN'T. yOUR EMPLOYEES BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP ME TO CIRCUMVENT IT, BUT AS i DON'T HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY i DIDN'T SUCCEED AND HAD TO ORDER FROM gUARDIAN BOOKSHOPS WHO WERE ABLE TO LET ME STRAIGHT THROUGH WITH MY BANK CARD. tHANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR EFFORTS ON MY BEHALF.”
